Are the starting prices fixed?
No. The eight advertised service prices are indicative starting prices for focused scopes. Additional services are quoted individually. We agree a final written quote including deliverables, timing, travel, archive fees and any third-party costs before work starts.
Can you prove a business or website is safe?
No research can guarantee legitimacy or prevent every scam. We check accessible public records and visible claims, document warning signs and explain limitations. Findings are indicators, not accusations or financial advice.
Do you work outside West Wales?
Yes. Public-source and historical research is remote and UK-wide. On-site property reviews and holiday-home checks cover Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, subject to availability, access permission and agreed travel costs.
What does a holiday-home check involve?
An agreed, client-authorised visit or review with observations and written notes about visible condition and security concerns. It is not continuous monitoring, emergency response, a building survey, or a guarantee against damage or intrusion.
Do you install or certify CCTV?
CCTV coverage planning is advisory. We do not promise installation, electrical work or certification of compliance. A suitably qualified installer should handle installation; the property operator remains responsible for lawful operation, privacy and any applicable ICO obligations.
Can you trace someone, hack an account or monitor a partner?
No. We do not offer intrusive people tracing, doxxing, hacking, facial recognition or unlawful covert monitoring. Family history research is about historical records, not locating living people.
What if historical records are missing?
We report searches and gaps honestly and separate evidence from inference. Some records are lost, restricted or undigitised. A useful research trail is still possible, but a particular discovery is never guaranteed.
Are the sample reports real client work?
No. Every sample is fictional and illustrative. They show a reporting approach, not real clients, endorsements or proven results.
Does booking an introductory call reserve a time?
No. The button opens an enquiry. A time must be agreed directly; no appointment is booked automatically.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Not yet. The form saves enquiries privately and displays a reference, but automatic email delivery is not configured. Use phone or WhatsApp for time-sensitive requests.
